We sell primarily pre-owned clothing, and item condition is described as accurately as possible.
Please review photos, measurements and descriptions carefully before purchase.
If an item arrives significantly not as described, damaged in transit, or there is an order issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless agreed prior.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
